Refund & Cancellation Policy

Public Events

It is Paints n Cocktails policy to allow all guests to have a fantastic experience. While there are no Refunds, our guests will be given a credit towards an event or class if cancellation is done 24 hours before the event.

You will NOT be given a credit if you fail to show or if cancellation is NOT done 24 hours before the event.

Paints n Cocktails reserves the right to cancel, postpone and change a class in unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees are refunded when the class is canceled by our studio. There are no refunds on Gift Certificates.

Private Events

If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, a minimum of one week (7 days) notice is required.

If cancellation is done within the allotted time, the reservation deposit and any reserved seats will be given a studio credit towards an event or class. This credit will not expire and can be used for an event in the future or given as a gift. If you are paying for the entire event and paid 50% of the event and canceled within the allotted time, you will be given a studio credit for the 50%. If you fail to give notice within the allotted time, $75.00 cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance given as a studio credit.

If you fail to give us at least one week (7 days) notice from your scheduled event date, your RESERVATION DEPOSIT OF $60.00 will be NOT BE CREDITED TOWARDS ANY EVENT OR CLASS NOR WILL IT BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU. If your guests don’t show up for any reason, please understand that you have a minimum number to meet and the total balance remains despite of guest changes.
