Want to be the hero of the office? Host your next corporate party or team-building event with Paints n Cocktails. Paints n Cocktails will customize your corporate events to create unique, fun and interactive experiences that are just right for your team building needs. We can work with you on your specific company requests or you can choose from some of our options:

OPTION 1: Paint your Company Mural

Help Promote Team Work – Guests divide into groups and work together to paint on multiple canvases with pre-drawn line art. All of the canvases come together to create a complete design from our gallery. This team building activity is a 2-hour event time including a 10 – 15 minutes break. You can extend your event for more mingling time at an additional cost. Pricing includes artist’s labor for line art, instruction and all painting supplies.

OPTION 2: Create Some Healthy Competition

Guests divide into groups and collaborate with an artist to create a painting from our collection. Each team member paints on their own 16×20 canvas. After painting, each group can select the best painting and put it forward to be judged by the entire team to create a bit of fun, healthy competition.
Guarantee number for this activity is 20 painters.

OPTION 3: Follow an Artist

All guests follow along on their own 16×20 canvas as one artist replicates an original piece selected in advance from the Paints n Cocktails collection. Additional artists, if needed, circulate to provide assistance. Guests take home their paintings.

OPTION 4: Pick your Painting

The organizer selects, in advance, 2 paintings from the Paints n Cocktails collection from which guests will choose the piece they would like to paint at the event. Groups sit according to their chosen piece and follow the artist instructing their selected painting. Guests take home their 16×20 paintings. Guarantee number for this activity is 30 painters.

OPTION 5: Rotate from Canvas to Canvas

Each team member paints their canvas in a color representing their individual personalities. The rotation then begins; each team member rotates from canvas to canvas every five(5) to ten(10) minutes, painting something about each person that best represents who they are. At the end of the rotation, everyone returns to their individual canvases and paints something about themselves none of their team members knows. This activity promotes togetherness as team members get to know each other.

Pricing For In-Studio Team Building Events:

There will be a $60.00 reservation fee which will be credited to your event, plus per painter cost.

2 HOUR EVENT: $30.00 PER PAINTER (without business logo) or $35.00 PER PAINTER (including business logo)

3 HOUR EVENT: $40.00 PER PAINTER (without business logo) or $45.00 PER PAINTER (including business logo)

Pricing For Off-site Team Building Events:

Off-site corporate events must guarantee a minimum of 10 painters at $35.00 PER PAINTER (not including company logo) or $40.00 PER PAINTER (including company logo) for a 2 hour event. Pricing includes artist’s labor for line art, instruction during workshop, setup, and all the painting supplies, including aprons, paint, paintbrushes, tarp, and canvases. We ask that the host of the off-site event provides tables and chairs for their guests. Our artist will need a nearby water source for the event.

For locations outside our service range, there may be a fee (waived for parties of 20 or more) to cover the cost of travel and all the set up that’s involved in bringing this super fun painting experience to your doorstep!
