Before the event, please make sure to notify your guests to purchase their art material: Amazon.com is currently offering a variety of acrylic painting sets. Please purchase your art materials (listed below) in order to be a part of the experience:
- Acrylic Paints (Basic Colors)
- Brushes (Recommended Set)
Other materials are cups with water to wash brushes and paper towels to dry them. Paints n’ Cocktails is not responsible for art materials.
How does it work? We will send out an email to the host. The host is responsible to choose the artwork and provide the link to guests. Please wait patiently and remember to check your SPAM folder. Our artist will show you step by step how to paint the chosen artwork! New painter or beginner? Don’t worry – our classes require no experience!
In the meantime, PLEASE PURCHASE ALL YOUR MATERIALS! Items listed below for your convenience:
1. Any size canvas (we use with 16″x 20″ canvas)
2. Acrylic Paints
3. Brushes (variety of sizes)
3. Easel (optional wooden stand to hold a canvas upright)
4. Disposable Cup for rinsing and plate for pouring paints
5. Paper towel for drying

Event & Cancellation policy:
It is Paints n Cocktails policy to allow all guests to have a fantastic virtual experience with family and friends. Paints n’ Cocktails is not responsible for art materials. If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, a minimum of one week (7 days) notice via email is required. If cancellation is done within the allotted time, the reservation fee will be given a studio credit towards an event or class. This credit will not expire and can be used for an event in the future or given as a gift.
You will NOT be given a credit if you fail to show or if cancellation is NOT done 24 hours before the event. Paints n Cocktails reserves the right to cancel, postpone and change a class in unforeseen circumstances. There are no refunds on Gift Certificates. Paints n’ Cocktails is not responsible for any internet connection or technical malfunctions with your providers. Participants are responsible to purchase their art materials directly from their choice of store and material. We recommend materials in the links provided in the above description but you can decide on what materials you would like to use for the activity. PLEASE NOTE: each type of paint is different, which will result in different appearances and results. Participants are responsible to have the best connection possible to enjoy our online art class. PAINTS N COCKTAILS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INCIDENTS ARISING FROM ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION.
