The Dali Museum

While we may never have the pleasure of knowing what it was like to be Salvador Dali, we do have the pleasure of viewing his timeless art – and Florida is home to The Dali Museum, which houses a magnificent collection of Dali’s work. Even the museum’s architecture is a tribute to the famed surrealist, combining stark lines of straight concrete with wild, imaginative curves of glass to transport you into a mystical world where you’ll learn about the life and art of Salvador Dali.

Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art

Simply put, the Morse is magnificent. The extensive collection covers the diverse work of famed artist and designer Louis Comfort Tiffany, spanning his art, pottery, glass, and yes, his diamonds. The museum recreates his country estate in glorious detail, showcasing beautiful stained glass windows and a gorgeous chapel as well as other art selected from late 19th and early 20th century America.

Bok Tower Gardens

If you’re looking for more of a nature-inspired art experience, the Bok Tower Gardens are just the ticket. Featuring landscaped gardens, beautiful natural habitats, and a melodious singing tower with more than 60 bells peeling out serene music, the Bok Tower Gardens are perfect for a calm afternoon spent recharging in the presence of beauty.
